NOTD: Chanel Le Vernis Nail Color in Peridot

Most of us have a love hate relationship with Chanel's Fall release, Peridot.  I decided to take the plunge since if nothing else, the color is very unique.  Indeed immediately upon wearing it, I have received countless comments on my nails of the moment.  Below are several pics, in different lighting to show the subtle variations of the greenish gold shade.

At the moment, I'm really loving it! The gold in the color makes it pass for summer, but this is definitely a shade I'll be reaching for come September, in the cooler months.  Available at Chanel counters, $25.00.

What do you think about Chanel Peridot? Love it or leave it?

  4. I am positive that this is the only colour I will pick up from the Autumn collection, or maybe two? I can see myself wearing this often with its multi-dimensional colour :)
