Do you ever coordinate your makeup with your outfit? With some colors, like a neon pink or vivid orange red I think it is a fashion crime, but what about a blush top with a blush nude lip? Or this deep bordeaux combination- Nars Afghan Red paired with my Alexander McQueen Skull scarf. My absolute favorite accessory this winter. The rich colors and softness of the modal-cashmere blend make this the ultimate luxury!

This is a very nice color. I don't think it's chic-not per say but then again I do this rarely. I think if one feels good "matching" it reflects self-confidence & so it ends up looking pretty good.

ReplyDeletei absolutely LOVE matching my lipstick to my accessories! i don't do it all the time, but i like the way it looks. it feels like my outfit is in the same conversation with my makeup. i actually just did an outfit post where my tom ford lipstick matched my alexander wang bag!

I do! I especially love matching fuschia lipstick to either fuschia lips or a scarf.
