As happens with many bloggers I lost my inspiration over the past few months and decided to take a break from blogging, unsure of exactly how long that break would be. I certainly missed blogging but I did not want to start again until I was sure that I could commit to regular posts! So that being said, let's catch up! Here is a peak at my current everyday makeup routine. These days my everyday look is all about flawless, glowing skin and a strong brow. I try to keep my eyes slightly defined, but as natural as possible. It takes a lot of products for me to achieve the no fuss look!
Currently obsessed...
London Fashion Week definitely refueled my obsession with model of the moment Cara Delevinge. I love her strong brow, heavy contour and low maintenance hairstyle. I have been growing my brows out lately to try to obtain that fuller look. The Tom Ford Brow Sculptor is an amazing waxy pencil with an interesting shape that creates a very natural look. Mine is almost finished! I purchased some products from Anastasia Beverly Hills to see if I could get the same look for less!
Before I am out the door...
Maid of Honor preparations...
Still keeping up with my favorite blogs/ YouTubers...
Even though I have been MIA I have still been keeping up with all of my favorite blogs and YouTubers! I also recently discovered some fantastic new blogs which are great sources of inspiration. Can you guess which lovely ladies have inspired the above purchases?

Lovely products! I'm really eager to try the Hourglass powder but I think I will be good and wait till later in the year once I finished up a few things first.
ReplyDeleteI felt the same way! I thought the Hourglass powders were alot of hype. I finally caved because I am hoping it will look nice in pictures!
Deletei just broke down and purchased the hourglass ambient powder in dim lighting. It is a beautiful setting powder that leaves the skin with a satin finish and not powdery. It evens my skin tone in a very subtle way.
ReplyDeleteI could'nt help but notice that your Chanticaille bronzer looks well loved. I was wondering what your shade was and your thoughts on it.
Thanks, Beth
I have it in St. Barth's. I actually initially bought it in Tahiti (the darker one) because I assumed it would be better on my skin tone but St. Barth's is perfect. The powder is so soft and fine that it would work on so many different skin tones. There is no orange in it at all. An absolutely fave!!! I would definitely repurchase it after I finish my other 3 bronzers lol
DeleteAmazing post ! That Dior lipstick in Candide is either LisaLisad1 or ttsandra from Youtube :)

I first heard about it from ttsandra! She is one of my faves!
DeleteOh, Dior AirFlash! I had that used on me before (pre-allergy) and it is the most gorgeous finish for photos!
ReplyDeleteReally, I can't wait to try it! Will give it a go this weekend!
DeleteLovely products! I recently discovered La Mer's loose powder and am completely in love with the stuff. It gives the most beautiful glowy finish and feels so light and smooth. I'm also loving Dior's Amber Diamond at the moment, too and have been eyeing the Hourglass Ambient Powders. Not sure when they're out here in the UK though.
ReplyDeleteHaha I had been thinking about the La Mer powder for a while and once I saw your post I bought it! I love love it! My favorite loose setting powder!
DeleteWelcome back...you were missed ; ) Your product picks are lovely!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I bought the Chantecaille gloss after I saw your post! It's gorgeous!
DeleteRandomly found you on twitter -- I love your blog! You have fantastic taste in makeup, I'm rapidly making my way through your makeup bag posts!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for saying that!! It makes me feel good to know people like reading my blog!
